Hi! I’m Heidi Tamm, mama of two beautiful girls and a lover of fitness. I started Mama Bear Fitness, LLC to help other mamas learn that family and fitness can go hand in hand. I’m a certified personal trainer and a pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise specialist.

About Me
The Process
I start by conducting an assessment where we talk about your fitness experience, goals, and postpartum changes. This also includes a check for diastasis recti. Then I do a functional movement screen, checking your form in various exercises. From this information I tell you the muscle groups to focus your efforts on in order to maximize results. I can then create personalized workouts with exercises and stretches to help reach your goals!

Discuss your goals and fitness background. Check for the presence of diastasis recti and other pregnancy/postpartum changes. Conduct a functional movement screen.

$15 per self-led workout.
Designed to fit your schedule and available equipment.

$45 per workout.
Can be done at your house or at Body Exchange Fitness in Amarillo.
